2005.10.18—First phase workshop finished, and Bambermycin and Salinomycin production line launch successful trial production.

2006.07 –Bambermycin and Salinomycinpassed National GMP Certification for the first time.

2006.10—Rated as “National High-tech Enterprise”.

2007.06—Company party branch is awarded “Advanced Primary Party Organization.”

2009.07—Tiamulin Fumarate passed National GMP Certification.

 

2009.09—Honored as “Top 10 Growth Enterprise” in High-tech Zone, Jining City.

2013.12.06—Equity transfer agreement between Cahic and Shengli was officially signed.

 

New chapter of Shengli Bioengineering

2014.01.12—The new shareholder meeting and board meeting were opened, and article of Association was revised, and new director and supervisor were appointed, and senior executives were nominated.

2014.01.20—After modification of business registration, Cahic successfully purchased 55% stock rights from Shengli.

2014.02.24—Strategic cooperation signing ceremony between Jining city government and China National Agricultural Development Group Co., Ltd were held, and the nameplate were unveiled by both parties.

2014.03.28—Shengli Bioengineering acquired Jinan Shengli Bioengineering research institute assets.

2014.05.01—Shengli Bioengineering acquired Jinan Shengli Bioengineering premix workshop assets equipment and Hainanmycin intellectual property.

2014.09.11—401 Preparations workshop started its construction. And plan to be finished and put into operation in November, 2015. And this production line took responsibility of Hainanmycin Sodium and 80% Tiamulin Fumarate production.

2014.11—With support of local government, High-tech zone rent-free research center came into operation.

2014.12—Tiamulin Fumarate API acquired EU COS Certification. Main product Tiamulin Fumarate were qualified to enter EU market, which is meaningful to improve earning capability.

2015.02.24—Environmental workshop CASS biochemical pool started its construction. New CASS biochemical pool investment would expand original sewage treatment equipment, and it was strong support to sustainable development.

2015.04.16—New cleaning workshop 302 (Tiamulin Fumarate Production line) started its construction officially. And new workshop would be put into operation in March 2016, also it would be our FDA high-end authentication platform for Tiamulin Fumarate.

2015.05—Shengli bioengineering market center was nominated Youth Civilization by CNADC.

2015.07.01—Shengli bioengineering primary party organization was established.

2015.10.16—Shengli bioengineering youth league organization was established.

2015.10.18—Ceremony for Shengli bioengineering 10 years operation.

2016.04.22—102 Fermentation workshop expanded its fermentation tank for Tiamulin Fumarate production line. And it would be put into operation in July 2016.

2016.07.01—Shengli bioengineering was named “Advanced primary party organization in Jining”.

2016.07.31—Trade union meetings was held successfully for the forth time.

2016.08.08—Newlu built finished-product warehouse started its construction, and would be put into operation in December, 2016.

Early 2017—Shengli bioengineering was awarded “Top 10 clean production model enterprise in Jining”, advanced safe production enterprise in Jining, advanced fire control safety model enterprise, etc.
